Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy can be to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply if we are not provided with proper notice. Any cancellation or no-show fees charged will be applied to your next appointment as a deposit should you choose to book in the future.

- Less than 12 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

-Appointments made that need to be cancelled within the same 24 hour period must be cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24 hours in advance may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

-Appointments using any kind of voucher from a third-party site: If you no-show your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your voucher will automatically be redeemed, or marked as used. You will not be able to use the voucher once it has been redeemed, or marked as used. Please understand that you will be expected to pay out of pocket for your appointment, should you choose to reschedule, and that any promotion or discount will not be honored from then on.

-If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need you to reschedule. All of our clients and guests have appointments booked for a specific amount of time, to complete the service they are requesting. It is unlikely that we can rush your service, and also do a quality job. Please understand that we owe it to all of our other clients and guests to do our best to be on time for them, and to do our best work.

Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our team member schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. These policies and services are provided in the best quality, and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION MESSAGES

As a courtesy, we are able to send an automated email or text message to confirm your service appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment date. Please request this service when you book your appointment if you would prefer the confirmation email or text. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.
